COMEDY IN THE COMMUNITY

Feel Funny CIC (previously known as MensLaugh) offers Comedy courses and workshops to promote wellbeing and confidence building. We are currently able to offer this opportunity to anyone within Norfolk and Suffolk, over 18, who wish to give it a go.

Each of the courses run across 6 weeks, usually in the evenings around Norfolk and Waveney, and are taught by comedian and mental health support worker, Ben Barker.

We will cover everything from the basics of being funny, how to write jokes, creating a routine, finding 'your own voice', building up confidence in public speaking and assertiveness skills.

All courses culminate with a Showcase special event, allowing students to put the skills they've learnt into practice. This is a chance for our comedians to show off their unique style and material to a supportive audience of friends and family; celebrating their achievements and courage.
